Won't You Be My Honey?
Hello! My post today is a card I made for the current challenge over at Our Creative Corner called "Shabby Chic." I used an image and sentiment from Stampsmith's "Won't You Be My Honey" plate. The chipboard heart was included in my order from The Funkie Junkie Boutique. I used a Ranger Distress Stain in Pewter to paint the heart before adding Ranger Liquid Pearls. A length of lace and vintage seam binding, a paper doily and some vintage buttons complete my card. I am also entering this over at Simon Says Stamp and Show. I hope you are having a great day. Best wishes, Yvonne

Wonderful image Yvonne and very pretty card. I love your button arrangement. Did you know that Simon Says Stamp and Show have 'Lace Love' for their theme this week? Nicola x

What a gorgeous vintage card Yvonne!
greetings, Alie :-)
I so love when I see you using photo real stamps. This stamp is a favourite of mine as I remember selecting it to use on my parents' anniversary card.
Beautiful attention to detail.

What a classy and fun Valentine card. Love that image, but I really fell in love with the way you draped that gorgeous red ribbon along the image. A very classy shabby chic creation. Beautiful work. :)
