Thinking of You
Wow! The weeks are just flying by. Already we are up to Challenge #14 at Inkspirational. This week, we have a color inkspiration of pink, bananna and slate.
For my card, I selected a white card base to give maximum pop power to the featured colors. I then looked for a clip art image by Crafty Individuals that included the colors above. Next I gathered up scraps of background paper with these colors and pushed them around on the card front until they pleased my eye. Some Tim Holtz tissue tape, a stamped sentiment, vintage buttons and seam binding and some lace and my card is complete. I like the vintage feel of this card. The pastel colors make such a great twist to the more usual neutral colors for the vintage .
