Greetings! My post tonight is for the newest challenge over at Fashionable Stamping Challenge where the theme is to "use a quote or sentiment." I began with a water color panel and added some Bister crystals to the panel and spritzed with water and let dry. I overstamped the focal image, by Artistic Outpost and then stamped the sentiment by Dyan Reaveley onto scrap card, trimmed and mounted it to the panel. I drew a border free-hand and matted the panel and added it to a card base.
